Hotline operators take bookings directly, are able to inform the caller of any other upcoming events, and provide any necessary customer service.

In addition we offer a worldwide delivery service for large-scale events. Through a relationship with Memo Express, we are able to deliver tickets to attendees within 5 business days locally. Alternatively, attendees may collect their tickets at the event’s box office on the day.

The service has proved both popular and successful to date with many members returning for repeat purchases.
