The year 2010 started with the final phase of the organizational re-alignment of our various business operations. This has resulted in a strong and well diversified IT Group that continues to be an uncontested leader in the regional markets.

Continuing on our ongoing commitment to provide the best service to our customers, we took substantive measures and designed a HR competency framework to attract and retain good talent. Furthermore, we initiated and are strengthening our back office operations and implementing Oracle ERP to enhance customer experience.

The initiatives we undertook have been well supported by our partners and appreciated by our customers. The numerous awards that we received in 2010 stand as a testimony to our commitment, to provide nothing less than Excellence. We are proud to say that “We have what it takes to deliver Excellence”.
