BenQ's Q41 Joybook

BenQ is returning to Gitex Saudi Arabia as the company looks to expand its presence in the region and capitalize on the country's expanding consumer electronics market.

The company is already the leading projector and LCD brand in the Kingdom, and reports that Saudi Arabia accounts for around 18-20% of its Middle East and Africa sales.

BenQ is exhibiting this year with its own stand and also with Saudi partners Rodana Digital, Metra Computers and Saudi Global Computers. The company will be showing a range of solutions, including its latest Joybook notebook series, LCD monitors & television, projectors and digital cameras.

On show at the BenQ stand will be products including full HD LCD TVs, projectors for mobile and fixed use including the SP831 split screen projector, and the DSC X800, the thinnest 8 megapixel camera in the world.

BenQ has participated in Saudi Gitex for the past four years.
