Construction services provider Core Construction has signed a contract with Dubai-based IT vendor Intertec Systems to use its Syros ERP system. The Oracle-based software will manage Core Construction's core business needs, including accounting, job costing and human resource management, while further supporting operation systems such as invoicing and subcontracting.

According to Intertec's managing director, Naresh Kothari, Syros ERP implementations can be found in 95 locations across various industries, and is on target to reach 100 installations by the close of the year.

"We are very proud to be associated with Core Construction Company to enhance the efficiency of its operational systems. With the development of this software, Intertec has brought to the forefront the distinct capabilities of Syros ERP for the construction sector compared to other ERP solutions," said Kothari.

Ihab N. Al Ramlawi, CEO of Core Construction added: "The ERP solution provided by Intertec Systems will help us to upgrade our operations and ensure growth and success for many years ahead."
