Saudi Arabian Internet Service Provider (ISP) AwalNet and HCL Technologies have signed an ecosystem engagement to offer integrated IT management services to companies in the Middle East.

Under terms of the agreement, which was announced during GITEX, AwalNet will provide the local touch-points, including service desk support in Arabic, for the services while HCL will be responsible for the delivery.

Commenting on the agreement, AwalNet president Fahd Al Husein said "By aligning with HCL, we seek to extend to our new and existing customers the benefits of HCL's IT management services."

"We are very excited to be taking this unique proposition forward in KSA and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial engagement with HCL," he added.
