Understanding the ROI and building into the project the need for the resource. How long is the lifespan of the project and how likely one project will over run into another? When 100’s of cranes and 1000’s of PMV are in the equation – any issue is a big issue, any cost is monumental, any delays are crippling and the costs are levied at everyone in the mix.
Getting it right is good for the project, the workforce, the suppliers, the customer and ultimately the end-user.
