Cancellation Policy
If you should cancel your registration before (26th January 2006) you will receive a refund less a service charge of US$ 150 / 550 UAE Dirhams. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after (26th January 2006). Substitute delegates are welcome at anytime.
