Following up on the highly successful 2008 event, Construction Week is proud to present the 2nd Annual GCC Leadership Summit on Labour Management. Gathering key Government Officials from the GCC countries with HR-Directors and Senior Management Representatives from Construction Companies, Developers, and Recruitment Companies, this conference will feature highly interactive discussion-driven sessions. In addition, Suppliers, Consultants and International Union Organizations will be represented in the discussions.

The urgency of good labour management and relations has a substantial and direct impact on not only profitability, but also the reputation of both individual companies that in extension reflects on the whole region. This forum is an opportunity for stakeholders to engage in information gathering and sharing to evaluate the challenges faced in the GCC today.

Taking place a month before the UN Labour conference in Geneva, this is an opportunity for the senior representatives from the region to meet and discuss beforehand. The aspiration is that participants will together develop strategic relationships where meaningful dialogue can lead to understanding and appropriate processes evolve.
