Nominations can be made via the awards website up until the closing date of Thursday 31st January 2009.

Nominations are made by completing a short nomination form and submitting it along with the appropriate material. Each application will then be assessed and judged by a panel of judges, who will be selected from within the industry.

A shortlist of nominations will be selected and award winners announced and presented at a gala dinner on Wednesday 4th March 2009, venue that will be announced closer to the date of the awards.

CONDITIONS FOR NOMINATION

• Nominations for an award should ideally be made by customers, suppliers or an appropriate third party to give more credibility. However, in exceptional circumstances, an applicant may nominate their own company.
• The nominee should be identifiable and verifiable.
• The nomination should be complete and competent. All required information should be provided.
• No awards will be presented if there is no adequate pool of competent nominations. All nominations must be submitted to the official email address with the nomination form completely filled.
• The organisers will not be responsible for nominations, which may be damaged, lost or mislaid in the post or otherwise.
• Any information submitted by an individual or company shall be treated as confidential.
• Nominations can be made in more than one category.
• Digital Studio has the right to verify the information provided in each submission if required.
• Submission of an application form indicates acceptance of the conditions of entry
