In 2004 25% of UK organisations reported that their business had been disrupted by loss of IT capacity and 23% by loss of telecommunications, 20% suffered a loss of people, 16% suffered from negative publicity, 10% suffered from negative publicity 10% were adversely affected by floods or high winds *. Frightening statistics, but true none the less.

A Survey of 450 businesses in late 2004 found that 66% had suffered downtime in the last two years, two third of those suffered at least every three months. Total waste could be as as high as £ 63.8bn in UK only. Costs include lost of sales, cost of repairs lower customer satisfaction and opportunities lost while the business is focused on fixing systems.

In response to the specific issues, challenges and feedback we have organised a cross-industry event designed to help you gain insight from all market sectors to provide you with the most comprehensive program relevant for your needs.
