Confirmation
Acknowledgement of the booking request is emailed immediately the request is received by the BICSI Event Management Team. Confirmation of a delegate's place on an event will be sent by post or email within seven working days of receipt of booking.

Payment
Fees must be paid within 30 days from date of invoice. Cheques should be made payable to ' ITP' . In the case of late bookings payment must be made prior to attendance of the conference.

If payment is not made prior to the delegate attending the event we reserve the right to refuse admission until payment has been made in full.

Please Note : We understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to the above credit terms.

Conference documentation
All delegates are provided with comprehensive notes and handouts. Please note that all event literature is copyrighted and may not be reproduced without permission.

Programme
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers.

Data Protection
The personal information provided by you will be held on a database and may be shared within the ITP Group. Sometimes your details may be obtained from, or made available to, external companies for marketing purposes.
