The 6th Annual BICSI Middle East and Africa District Conference and Exhibition will once again be returning to Dubai during April 2007. The event is the annual gathering of Middle East & Africa based ITS professionals. The theme of the conference for 2007 is 'Information Transport on Copper, Fiber and Wireless'. The conference will feature leading-edge technical presentations on topics related to information transport systems (ITS) through various media for data, voice, video, audio, security, safety and building management systems. The presentations will focus on technologies involved, challenges faced, applications, standards and best practices for designing and implementing information transport systems.

The Annual BICSI Conference, the only event of its kind in the region is open to both BICSI members and non-members. It is an opportunity to learn more about the developments in the information transport systems industry, to hear outstanding presentations, visit the latest technology and vendor exhibition stands and network with your industry colleagues and peers. With renowned global and regional industry speakers representing diverse components of the industry, the conference is set to give attendees a unique perspective on the future shape of the regional information transport systems industry .

In 2007 the conference and exhibition will feature a range of new initiatives designed to offer even greater networking, meeting, discussion and business opportunities.

         – an Infrastructure open day for installers, consultants and
         industry professionals

Day 2 – Monday 2 April 2007
      •  Conference programme – Restricted to registered BICSI members
         and non-members
      •  Exhibition showcase display stands – display stands showcasing the
          latest technology from leading vendors (exclusive access to
          conference participants during the day and open to industry
          professionals from 5-8pm)
      •  NME Gala Dinner

Day 3 – Tuesday 3 April 2007
      •  Conference programme – Restricted to registered BICSI members
         and non-members
      •  Exhibition showcase display stands – complimentary to attend
         exhibition display stands showcasing the latest technology from
         leading vendors (exclusive access to conference participants during
         the day and open to the industry from 4 - 7pm)
