The vendor technology presentations will take place on the afternoon of Tuesday 13th May, 2008. Each presentation will last 20mins and will be structured in an organized programme throughout the day. Presentations from companies displaying in the vendor exhibition showcase will be given priority to present.
All conference delegates, vendors' invited guests and industry professionals will be invited to attend these events. The admission to these presentations is free. Presentations within the Vendor Technology Update will be restricted to Exhibitors and sponsors of the BICSI 2008 Conference and Exhibition.
Exhibition Opening Time
Held alongside the conference there will be an Exhibition showcasing the latest technologies and solutions from a range of vendors and solution providers
There are a limited amount of only 20 Exhibition stands available at the venue.
The Exhibition Showcase will have the following opening times:
The exhibition will be open exclusively to the delegates of the BICSI conference during the three refreshment networking breaks and lunch breaks on:
- Tuesday 13th May 2008: at registration, mid morning, lunch and mid afternoon
- Wednesday 14th May 2008: at registration, mid morning, lunch and mid afternoon
The exhibition will be open at the following times for all invited guests, industry professionals and all non-conference attendees:
- Tuesday 13th May 2008: 5 – 7pm
- Wednesday 14th May 2008: 4 – 9pm

The exhibition will be closed during all conference sessions.
