Given the disastrous state of the card industry in the UAE, I was glad to receive a new chip-packing debit card from my bank this week
The UAE’s credit card fraud problems seem to have gotten much worse this week, with bank HSBC going as far as insisting all of its customers must change their PINs by 6pm today (which is not so convenient for any HSBC customers who might be traveling at the moment...)
