Insight workshops on call centres

Insights is holding road shows around the region aimed at helping call centres to become more effective and to improve their levels of customer service. The Dubai-based regional specialist in call centre development has arranged for two-day workshops to take place in key cities in each GCC country.

The sessions will include training options, one-to-one consultancy session and networking opportunities.

The road show begins in Kuwait on November 7 and finishes in Oman on December 3.
