Xerox Emirates in marketing push

Printer specialist Xerox has appointed Belal El-Banna as marketing manager for its UAE division.

Printer specialist Xerox has appointed Belal El-Banna as marketing manager for its UAE division.

El-Banna will be responsible for the marketing activities of Xerox Emirates and will promote the company’s shift from a transaction-led to a services-led operation, the firm said.

He will also focus on engaging with business partners and undertake the role of “enhancing customer experience”.

“Belal will be a valuable addition to the management team and will bring with him his marketing experience and skills to ensure that Xerox Emirates captures the tremendous opportunities that exist in the markets we serve,” said Andrew Hurt, general manager at Xerox Emirates.

El-Banna started working with Xerox in 1999 and has held several pre-sales, sales and marketing positions. In his previous role he was office marketing manager for the vendor’s international group.

Xerox Emirates is a joint venture between the Mohamed Hareb Al Otaiba Group and Xerox Limited.
