OKI Printing Solutions introduced a number of initiatives to its regional partners at a two-day conference held in Crete.

With partners from 12 countries in the Middle East, the meeting cemented a number of ongoing Oki regional investment and market growth initiatives, as well as introducing new programmes to the region.

The event saw the presence of product managers, regional marketing managers, and country managers from Oki Electronics in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

It included workshops and technical training sessions as well as product and technical briefings. Contributing to the ongoing Oki Academy Programme, which has seen partners across the region building certification programmes, the meeting aimed at building partners’ certification programmes.

The Oki Academy aims to offer stronger, faster customer service through building stronger technical capabilities within partners’ teams.

“It’s our goal to provide great service to our customers throughout the region by strengthening our certification programme to gold certification across the region,” said John Ross, general manager, Oki Printing Solutions Middle East.
