Sony Ericsson debuted its new range of Bluetooth mobile phone accessories at CES 2007 in Las Vegas last month.

The new releases included the new HBH-PV705 Style Edition Bluetooth headset and the MBR-100 Bluetooth Music Receiver.

Sony Ericsson claims the PV705 headset weighs just 14 grams and boasts 12 hours talk time and 300 hours standby time.

The headset is supplied with three exchangeable panels, a neck strap and pouch.

The MBR-100 Bluetooth Music Receiver enables users to listen to music stored on their Sony Ericsson mobile handset and streamed wirelessly to a compatible home entertainment system, hi-fi or in-car audio systems. The MBR-100 is supplied with an RCA cable and a 3.5mm input cable, making it compatible with most audio devices and in-car systems.

This means that once a handset is paired to the MBR-100, the user simply has to come within range of the unit to accept an invitation to transmit their music to the stereo receiver. The handset can then be used as a remote control, providing the user with the ability to play, pause and skip tracks.

Compact, light and portable, the MBR-100 has a rechargeable battery and is finished in gloss black. It weighs just 19g and features 300 hours standby time.
