Huawei's new MateBook 13 ultraportable notebook will be available to pre-order in the UAE from 7th March, with models available from 14th March.

The MateBook 13, an ultra-portable 13-inch notebook was unveiled last week at MWC Barcelona.

The notebook has a 3:2 FullView Display with 10-point multitouch option, with 4.4mm bezel resulting in large screen space and an 88% screen-to-body ratio. The device has been designed for portability weighing 1.3kg, with a 14.9mm frame with diamond cut finish.

For connectivity, the MateBook 13 includes NFC sharing of videos and images from phone to PC, which handle up to 1GB video in 35 seconds.

The Matebook 13 will be available in two different versions, a Gray model running an 8th Generation Intel Core i7-8565U processor with 512 GB SSD, priced AED 3,999; and a Silver model running the Intel Core i5 8265U and boasting 256 GB SSD, priced AED 2,999. Both models are equipped with Intel UHD Graphics 620, 42 Whr (9.6 video playing hours), Quick charge, 2MIC/2speaker +Dolby ATMOS and 8 GB RAM, 12 months warranty.
