SAP has recognised a number of its leading customers in the region, with its SAP Quality Awards for digital innovation.

The SAP Quality Awards are presented in recognition of e the most innovative digital transformation projects delivering significant business benefits to their organisations.

Among the winners for this year's awards were Aramex, Mediclinic, AG Melco Elevator Company LLC, The Body Shop, and Truebell.

"Digital innovation is the top priority for UAE business leaders - with Aramex, Mediclinic, AG Melco, The Body Shop, and Truebell exchanging best practices to drive next-generation value economies," said Frank Forndron, CCO - Head of Customer Success and Active Quality Management, SAP EMEA South.

Aramex, the leading global provider of comprehensive logistics and transportation solutions, won in the ‘Innovation Cloud' award category for using the SAP SuccessFactors talent platform. Aramex increased engagement for over 14,000 employees across more than 50 countries and achieved faster identification of high performers.

Mediclinic, the UAE healthcare provider, won in the ‘Innovation Cloud' award category for using the SuccessFactors to standardize global talent reporting and self-services for more than 21,000 employees.

Truebell, the food distributor, won in the ‘Innovation S/4 HANA' category for their S/4HANA implementation increasing employee happiness by 40% and customer satisfaction by 70%, and growing revenue by 20%.

AG Melco, the elevator manufacturer, won in the ‘Innovation S/4HANA' category for its S/4 HANA project that accelerated financial reporting from quarterly to monthly, with real-time insights on project-level and unit-level profitability.

The Body Shop won in ‘Rapid Delivery' category for their SAP S/4HANA project delivering real-time and mobile insights on stock availability and procurement.
