The second edition of the digital-focus conference series Digitalks will take place on 13th November in Dubai.

The conference, which is being held under the banner of ‘Unlocking Human Insights in a data-driven world', will focus on User Experience (UX) design, Performance Marketing and Analytics. Over 100 senior digital professionals will attend the event, which will include keynotes, interactive discussions and workshops, success stories and networking.

Topics for the event include how human-centred design will surpass technology; fusing data and AI to build the connection with the brand; uncovering consumer insights from market intelligence & social media data; and how machine learning capabilities can help us better understand data.

Naguib Toihiri, Head of Marketing at RBBi & Event Organiser commented: "The digital world has changed the marketing and business landscape and is a critical aspect to any business with an online presence. The cutting-edge conference provides the insights professionals need to deliver results in this environment. Apart from various talks, the conference agenda also features workshops and roundtables (exclusive discussion with experts) and will take a deep dive into some of the pressing issues for digital professionals today.

"This year we want to highlight the fact that digitization is here and now. To be able to benefit from the opportunity, it is imperative that businesses anticipate what the future will hold and effectively contribute to it. But the most important is that we shouldn't forget about the human aspect in everything what we do. All innovations are driven by humans, we should make digital, human, too," added Toihiri.

With the focus on future digital growth in the region, the full-day conference will offer an extensive lending track with renowned regional speakers from Google, DeepCrawl, MBC Group, EY, Sprinklr, Tajawal and RBBi, who will discuss the business value of data and why it's important to concentrate on human insights in the digital world.
