Barco takes aim at enterprise and entertainment at GITEX Barco will be showing display tech in different forms for GITEX.

Barco will showcase its latest offerings in meeting room solutions, video wall displays and entertainment projectors at GITEX Technology Week.

The company will show the full spectrum of its enterprise and entertainment portfolios. Barco will introduce its world-leading wireless presentation and collaboration platforms - ClickShare and WePresent. Visitors to GITEX Technology Week can also experience the new TouchBack feature on the ClickShare CSE-200 that allows presenters to control the system via touchscreen, and get familiar with Barco's smart boardroom solution ClickShare CSE-800 that has built-in switchers, blackboarding and annotation.

The company will also present its portfolio of control room applications, spanning different technologies (LCD, LED and RGB laser rear projection), dimensions and resolutions. Also on display will be UniSee, Barco's LCD video wall platform that provides a seamless viewing experience for high-end meeting rooms, lobby and reception areas, experience centers and control rooms.

Barco is also set to display is CSE-800 offering, a smart boardroom solution that comes standard with features such as an in-built switcher, blackboarding and annotation.

In terms of video walls, the company will display its latest releases in LCD, LED and RGB laser rear-projection, which also includes DLP projectors. The latter are highly suited for business presentations, thus ideal for meeting rooms, boardrooms, as well as dedicated space for brainstorming.

On the entertainment side, Barco will be promoting range of large venue projects designed for wide-open spaces, such as auditoriums and stages, along with 3D stereoscopic projectors that worked well with virtual reality technology and content.

Lastly, the company will be showcasing its simulation projectors, which are designed specifically for the education and training environment.

Barco has several surprises in store for visitors from its entertainment division. Tech enthusiasts can experience first-hand the latest projection, image processing and LED display solutions the global technology leader is promoting in the region. Furthermore, they can discover the state-of-the-art technology at work in La Perle's immersive projection theatre, or the impressive blend of alternative reality and virtual reality in simulating the VR Park, Dubai's one-of-a-kind theme park. In addition, they can learn more about the projection mapping that takes place on Burj Al Arab during special occasions.

Barco's booth F2-2 will be located in Hall 2 at the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) during the GITEX Technology Week 2018.
