Acer has announced the Acer Innovative School program, a support network to help teachers to test and implement new teaching and learning environments.

The Acer Innovative School program allows teachers to be part of a social network aimed at sharing best practices, learning and getting support from peers, being engaged in #AcerforEducation.

The program will also provide teachers with access to expert articles on future education trends, and enables teachers to connect with colleagues to discuss technology. The program will also support Exchange Students programs and provide demo devices and pilot projects to the program participants.

"Our goal is to continue supporting schools and institutions in their journey by offering a 360-degree ecosystem. In fact, Acer for Education brings together hardware, software, innovative technologies, and best in class service and partnership networks to meet the requirements of the schools of tomorrow," said Massimiliano Rossi, Vice-President, Acer EMEA Product Business Unit.

The program has been developed to support Acer's customers in the education sector. The company has a portfolio of hardware and software solutions for schools, which is supported with an extended ecosystem of partners, alongside alliances with professional development partners, technology companies and education institutions.
