Saudi conglomerate Al Khater Group has announced that it will deploy Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

The company will roll out the solutions to enhance its finance and operations functions, and to help to consolidate its financials, streamline the business processes across the group, reduce the capital expenses, operational efficiency and service their customers better.

Microsoft partner Intertec Systems will deploy the solutions for Al Khater group companies as a single application platform. This will enable Al Khater to produce its consolidated financial statements, gain better control over inventory, improve sales process, manage real estate operations, optimize retail operations and reduce IT operational costs.

Once deployed, the solutions will enable Al Khater Group to improve employee productivity, enhance customer service, optimize inventory levels, purchasing costs and automate the warehouse management processes.

Mohammed Eid Al Khater, CEO at Al Khater Group said: "We are onboarding Intertec Systems to implement Microsoft Dynamics as part of our digital transformation initiatives. We do believe, Microsoft Dynamics's powerful features and Intertec's delivery capability would get us to the next level in digital transformation."

"Microsoft Dynamics will accelerate Al Khater's digital transformation journey and break the silos between locations of business. One single platform enables end to end business process automation that's powered by data and intelligence, and helps capture new business opportunities and bring in the employee productivity. Intertec's strong domain knowledge and project governance will add value to Al Khater's process improvements and transformation", added Sekhar Ramarao, Head of Dynamics Practice at Intertec Systems.

Sameer Makhija, Director - Strategic Alliances & Marketing from Intertec said: "Microsoft alliance is key to Intertec strategy as it enables us to offer platform infused with intelligence that let you transform specific functions, and enable companies to grow the platform as you need. Proving Omni-channel experience is one of the top priorities for most of the organizations in Middle East, and Microsoft Dynamics is an optimal solution to address it."
