AlJammaz added that smart home, IoT solutions and the cloud space is the main focus this year and the company has built a business unit that will provide complete easy to use solutions for the consumers or businesses. "Ring is our main vendor partner today in the smart home, IoT, cloud and security market," he said.

"Partners will see in the near future how we cover that space so that they can provide comprehensive new advanced solutions to their end user customers."

The VAD of some of the top IT brands including Cisco, Dell EMC, Lenovo, Veritas,

APC and Netscout, has a new centre of gravity around the Al Jammaz Cloud Platform that makes it impossible for enterprises, SMBs and, by extension, solution providers to ignore.

"Today we all know that 99% of channel partners are still focusing on the regular systems integration and services they have been doing in a ‘classic' way and most of them also know that business is changing, customers requirement are changing and most importantly, vendor go to market strategies are equally evolving," he said.

"However, they are not sure how they can change, play a role, where to focus and where the opportunities lie. This is due to many reasons and the most important ones are a lack of tools to provide these services, high investments required to provide cloud marketplace platform and a dearth of technical expertise on how to sell and promote different cloud offerings."
