Could you give us a brief overview of the solution portfolio of HUBNETIX?

HUBNETIX is a highly reliable and reputed global manufacturer with a diverse range of exceptional product portfolio includes structured cabling systems, network cabinets and racks, active network devices, UPS systems and security surveillance products. Being headquartered in London-UK, HUBNETIX caters to the complete ICT, ELV and security infrastructure requirements of customers across Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia.

Tell us about your presence in the MEA market. What's your business model- do you directly deal with your customers or do you follow a partner-mediated model instead?

In 2016, HUBNETIX entered Middle East market establishing our MEA sales office in Dubai and our teams are present locally in UAE, Bahrain, and Oman. Like other reputed brands we also follow a partner-mediated model, and we are doing pretty well. Recently we have signed Ethos Technologies as our DirectPartner in UAE. We are also in talks with reputed companies for other regions.

What potential do you see for your company in the MEA market?

HUBNETIX offers the most innovative end-to-end  ICT infrastructure solutions to the customers. Customers would like to have a single solution provider with superior quality and cost effective products for their requirement than having multiple vendors. We hold stocks of most of the fast moving product lines and 90% of our orders are fulfilled from Jebel Ali FZE distribution warehouse in order to meet immediate orders. We provide our partners with many value added services to assist with successful project delivery. With these advantages, we feel we will soon be reaching new heights in Middle East and African markets.

Which are the verticals of focus for HUBNETIX?

Since we have broader range of products we focus on different verticals, but our main focus is to closely work with our partners and dig opportunity in terms of business that the market has to offer. We have completed decent number of projects successfully across GCC and many more yet to complete. I can confidently say that we are growing faster in Middle East than we expected.

Moving forward, what's your main strategy going to be? How do you plan to enable HUBNETIX solutions in this market?

We have few key strategies - our main aim is to set up a solid presence for HUBNETIX in MEA. For this, the key strategy is to add new innovative products to our segments, understanding ICT and ELV demands in order to stay competitive. Another area of focus is to increase our stock level in every region and to have local presence to get closer to our clients and to provide them with faster assistance. We consistently aim to meet and exceed our customer expectations in terms of their business outcomes by providing them complete solutions with excellence, integrity, innovation and dedication.
