Traveldog, the virtual travel assistant that is powered by AI and helps consumers plan their trips through different stages of the process, is making its debut at GITEX in the ‘Future GITEX Stars' in New Zabeel Hall.

According to Ahmed Aboutaleb, founder and CEO, the app provides consumers with travel assistance through all three stages of travel. "Virtual assistance is provided during planning, when they want to look at different itineraries, or during the booking stage when they need research and options through which they can book, or through us. Then there's the third stage when travellers are on their trip and may need questions answered or recommendations regarding the city they're in or travelling to," he says.

Traveldog is a messaging platform and all these transactions and deliverables are done through the app itself, it's all embedded. "So all the consumer has to do is authorise a payment and it's all handled via the app," says Aboutaleb.
