Dell Technologies presents the ‘Power of One' Amin says IoT is fundamentally transforming the way every business in every industry operates.

AT this year's GITEX Technology Week, Dell Technologies has brought together the entirety of its ‘family of businesses' under a single umbrella to collectively present their latest capabilities in driving digital transformation in the region.

Visitors to the company's stand will have the opportunity to engage with and examine recent developments from Dell Technologies' ‘family of businesses', which comprises of Dell, Dell EMC, Pivotal, RSA, SecureWorks, Virtustream and VMware.

Mohammed Amin, senior vice president, Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META), Dell EMC, says: "The Internet-of-Everything, or the next industrial revolution, is fundamentally transforming the way every business in every industry operates."

"In the face of this operational challenge, spurred by changing customer and employee preferences, businesses in the region are increasingly prioritising digital transformation as an investment in the future. As a $74bn organisation, Dell Technologies offers a diverse portfolio that covers everything from edge computing, data centre technologies, and the Cloud. Its offerings includes servers, storage, PCs, virtualisation, security and Cloud infrastructure.

Created in the wake of the merger between Dell and EMC that took place just over a year ago, Dell Technologies has since its founding reached some milestone achievements. Expanding from an initial value of $35bn, Dell Technologies' achievements includes bringing on-board over 10,000 new business customers into its global channel program, as well as boasting substantial revenue growth with their underdeveloped accounts in the first half of 2017.
