UAE residents and tourists can now enjoy free WiFi at Souk Madinat Jumeriah courtesy of WiFi UAE.

The service is available through two options, either WiFi UAE which is free or WiFi Premium which is a paid service. Users can take advantage of the service in both the indoor and outdoor areas for shopping, entertainment and dining.

Jihad Tayara, vice president Business Development and Partnerships, du said: "We are very happy to be launching WiFi UAE in one of Dubai's top retail and high footfall spots, providing free internet access for everyone - regardless of their network preference.

"Through this launch, we continue to spread happiness through innovation and connectivity throughout the UAE, and this is another great stepping stone in our quest to support the UAE government in its happiness agenda and in achieving country-wide WiFi access in line with the nation's Vision 2021."

Ioana Dobrescu, property manager, Souk Madinat Jumeirah added: "We're very excited to now offer visitors unlimited WiFi connectivity, to make their experience even more fulfilling."
