The 2017 Network Middle East Security Survey opens NME Security Survey 2017 held against a backdrop of escalating global attacks.
By  David Ndichu Published  August 1, 2017

The 2017 Network Middle East Security Survey is now open.

The biggest of its kind in the region, we expect the study to reveal the current regional cyber security landscape and some of the biggest challenges that security officers are facing. The editors here at Network Middle East also want to facilitate knowledge sharing among industry experts so they can learn from their peers on cybersecurity best practices, so they can better protect networks from the myriad threats their organisations face today.

Cyber security, or the lack of it, continues to grab headlines, with recent announcements of spectacular global attacks still fresh in the minds of many.

Additionally, technology changes have brought with it renewed challenges to bear on network and security managers.  Cloud and BYOD mean the line between the corporate network and the public Internet is continuously blurring.

We have increasingly focused on security threats here at Network ME as part of our general reportage; this survey hopes to take this discussion further.

The results of the survey will be revealed during the October bumper issue of Network Middle East.

The Survey closes on the 5th of September 2017.
