Trend Micro selects Global Knowledge to train partners and customers across MEA  Ihab Moawad: “We are committed to providing our partners and customers with the right training.”

Trend Micro has revealed it has appointed IT training company Global Knowledge to train its partners and customers across the Middle East and Africa.

The training programs and courses include hands-on and virtual practice labs featuring the relevant scenarios in server security, cloud security and small business content security. It will help organisations equip their IT and security professionals with the skills required to protect end users on any device. Plus enhance security for data centre networks against security breaches.

Ihab Moawad, VP Mediterranean, Mid. East, Africa, said: "Working with Global Knowledge, our partners and end users now have a variety of locations, dates, and delivery formats to be trained on Trend Micro solutions. "

Wael Khattab, managing director, Middle East and Africa, Global Knowledge, added: "As a global leader in IT training, we know that we can provide the type of training that Trend Micro is looking for, while adding another layer to our existing relationship and offering the wider ecosystem with more flexible training programs and schedules."

Global Knowledge will be running various training courses throughout 2017, with some courses scheduled in KSA, UAE, Qatar and Cairo.
