.GOV Awards honour Dubai & Northern Emirates IT achievements Twenty-one awards were presented to public sector entities and personnel (ITP)

The annual .GOV Awards for Dubai & the Northern Emirates Government were presented last night in Dubai, honouring the organisations and IT professionals that are leading the digital transformation of government in the UAE.

Twenty-one awards were presented to public sector entities and personnel, recognising the best IT projects, initiatives and individual achievement by government in Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai, and Fujairah.

Over 200 IT leaders and professionals attended the gala dinner held at Grosvenor House in Dubai.

The .GOV Awards were established by ITP Technology's DotGov magazine in 2016, to recognise the achievements of the public sector in the field of ICT in the UAE, and to honour the outstanding efforts by the public sector in the GCC to use the power of technology to deliver innovative and engaging government services.
