Despite Apple dropping its headphone jack in its iPhone 7 model, the wired headphones are still in demand.

The wired earphones come with a list of useful features, other than a tool to listen to music to. Here are 10 useful things you can do with your wired headphones.

Music:

To play a song press the centre button once

To go back to the start of the song or the previous song, press the centre button three times

To fast-forward, double-click and hold the centre button

To rewind, triple-click and hold the centre button

Phone calls:

To answer a call, press the centre button once

To hang up, press the centre button again

To answer a second incoming call and to keep the first caller on, press the centre button once

To end one call and switch to the second call, press and hold the centre button for two seconds

Other:

To activate Siri, press and hold the centre button

To take a photo, press either volume button.
