Huawei launches real-time customer support service

The new platform is accessible in the UAE exclusively through the HiCare application.

Huawei has recently launched a mobile live chat support in the UAE that will enable its clientele to access support through its HiCare pre-installed application.

The application, which is found standard on all Huawei 2016 -2017 smartphones, along with the live chat, will oversee a number support services. These include technical support, information on warrant information, as well as assistance for customers in navigating the different features.

David Wang, country manager, Huawei Consumer Business Group (CBG) for United Arab Emirates, said: "Huawei live chat is another innovative service offered exclusively to Huawei's UAE customers, and will be available in English and Arabic, providing mobile support to anyone using a Huawei smartphone."

"Live chat service compliments Huawei's ongoing efforts to create a new level of customer service capability in the UAE and the region, one that sees Huawei customers receiving personalized services and exclusive experiences as part of their smartphone purchase."

Back in 2015, Huawei launched a dedicated customer service centre in Dubai. This was followed by the launch of a second service centre in Abu Dhabi, the 47th dedicated customer service centre in the region.

Each centre features a Self-Help smart zone for customers to manage backup and recovery of their data, as well as a priority counter to service high-profile clientele with specific needs.
