Seamless Middle East set for May 2017
The upcoming conference is a continuation of Card & Payments Middle East, which has run annually for the last 17 years.
Set to run from the 1 to 2 of May, 2017, Seamless Middle East is a technology and solution exhibition dedicated to the ecommerce, retail and payment industries.
Hosted at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, Seamless will serve as a continuation of the long running Cards & Payments Middle East conference, which has been held annually for the last 17 years.
Partnering with the Arab Federation for e-Commerce, the League of Arab States and the Council of Arab Economy Unity, Seamless Middle East 2017 is expected to draw over 10,000 attendees from across the world.
The conference be held under the patronage of His Highness Lieutenant-General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.
The two-day event will comprise of three specialist conferences, which comprise of Seamless Payments, focused on payment strategies and technologies; Seamless Ecommerce, which will look at developing business in a digital environment; and Seamless Retail, which will take a closer look at connected commerce.
Key regional speakers expected to be present at the event include Marwan Elnakat, director of Digital Banking at Gemalto; Nisreen Shocair, president, Virgin Megastore Middle East; as well as Mary Ghobrial, chief commercial officer, Souq.com, UAE.
