AXILSPOT, a provider of enterprise wireless networking, has announced the launch of its AEC120 Antenna Ceiling Access point for the Middle East and Africa region.

Equipped an inbuilt Rscan multi-beam smart-selection antenna system, the technology is part of the company's Dolphin portfolio. The smart antenna system's features include automatic optimum path selection, robust interference resistance, as well as a higher concurrent capacity.

Additionally, by controlling the waveforms with different phases beamed by each antenna, the unit is able to form network beams, which can not only scan different directions, but may also include up to 16 million different directional beams in theory.

The AEC120 Smart Antenna system is also designed with a centralised, zero-touch AP configuration, as well as Wi-Fi probing technology that delivers pinpoint data traffic analysis.

Nick Huang, regional sales manager, AXILSPOT said, "The AEC120 ceiling access point is an innovative enterprise wireless networking product that provides a perfect solution for high user density and high workload congestion areas. These include restaurants, meeting rooms, exhibition halls, specialty leisure clubs, hospitals, campuses, department stores, offices, waiting halls, terminal buildings, amongst others."

"Since AXILSPOT deeply understands the requirements of its customers, the product has been built to deliver safer and reliable access experience, with convenient marketing, and easy network management. The ceiling-mounted access point has been designed to facilitate quick and easy deployment," Huang added.

The latest release follows AXILSPOT unveiling of its Dorado In-Wall access, which according to the company has been well-received across the Middle East and Africa.
