Embelin inks agreement with Orange for IoT connectivity
As per the five-year agreement, Orange will deploy its IoT solution and aid Embelin in expanding into new global market.
Orange Business Services has announced that it has entered into a five-agreement with Embelin, an equipment manufacturer and software developer.
As per the agreement, Orange will provide global connectivity for Embelin's Internet-of-Things (IoT) products.
Orange's solutions will include the deployment of SIM Cards, a management portal, as well as service and remote management capabilities. As a result, Embelin will be able manage both IoT connections through the Orange IoT connectivity service portal and APIs, thus streamlining deployment and invoicing.

Part of its modular IoT and analytics solution Datavenue, Orange's IoT connectivity service is managed by a global team of more than 700 data-scientists and engineers. Additionally, the company supports over 12 million active objects across a wide-range of sectors, such as smart city design, industry, healthcare, and automotive.
