How did you come to be in your current role?

It was of course a natural extension for me to start own business, after working for about 15 years and most of it in the region. The choice was made more easier when I got my old colleague Ramesh to partner with me.

What is your management philosophy?

Align the organisation strategy with your team’s individual’s goals and objectives. If we can effectively achieve this, and support them as required, success is inevitable. Each of them will pursue their aspirations, and can together cultivate ‘joy at work’.

What was your first computer, and when did you first use it?

It was a second hand one, donated to me by one of my first employments, as they had to upgrad to a newer one. A long 25 years of real digital transformation passed through me from then!

What is your greatest achievement?

None yet. But would like to play a lead role in our CSR initiatives.

What was the biggest challenge you have faced and how did you overcome it?

Every day is a challenge and I am fortunate that I have not faced a very big challenge so far.  However, the transformation from an electronics technician to an IT professional was all the way challenging, but that’s what keep me going!

What technology do you think will have the biggest impact on the market in 2017?

Big data analytics, IoT, blockchain, robotic process automation are all set create huge impacts in 2017 and beyond.

What’s the best way to deal with stress?

For me loud music, long drives, coffee and shisha preferably at the Creekside, comedy movies and of course playing with my twin boys. All will work, depending on my mood.
