Meltwater, a global media intelligence firm, recently received top recognition by G2 Crowd, a business software review platform, for its media monitoring software.

Serving as the first consumer opinion website in the market for software and SaaS solutions, the site recently released a report on the best media monitoring software and best PR analytics software.

Analysing results compiled from more than 1,000 user reviews, Meltwater emerged as a clear winner in three categories: media monitoring, influencer identification and PR analytics.
