2017 marks the iPhone's 10th birthday and Apple has promised to make some big changes, with reports circulating that Apple could lose the home button altogether.

Last year, Apple made the controversial decision to remove the headphone jack and now it may rid of the home button entirely and instead have a "full-face" OLED display.

According to a report by KGL Securities, analyst Ming Chi Kuo, has predicted not only the change in screen but also Apple will instead embed optical sensors for the Touch ID fingerprint readers as these sensors can detect fingerprints through thicker OLED glass.

The analyst also predicts that the Touch ID fingerprint reader could eventually be replaced with facial recognition.
