At Cairo ICT 2016, Avaya showcased how its business communications solutions are being adopted by businesses the across the MENA region to drive digital transformation and deliver enhanced customer experiences.

Avaya further highlighted the contribution its communications and networking technologies have made to business growth in the region, and how businesses are using digital channels to enhance customer expectations and services.

Mohammed Areff, vice president, MEA & Turkey, Avaya, said: "Digital disruption is taking place across the region today as enterprises understand that they need to evolve digitally if they are to offer the unique, compelling experiences their customers require. Egypt's ICT market is set to expand from $8.95bn in 2016 to $10.32bn by 2019, according to market researcher International Data Corporation (IDC). Avaya will work with both public and private sector organisation in Egypt and North Africa, helping partners achieve business growth and also create new jobs.
