SAGE, SAW and Software Mill, join forces to launch Sage X3 The enterprise-class business management platform is designed to manage both front and back office operations of construction businesses.

Sage, a technology provider of integrated accounting, payroll and payment systems, in close collaboration with development partner Specialized Application Workshop and Software Mill, have launched Sage X3.

The enterprise-class business management platform is designed to manage both front and back office operations of construction businesses. Its core capabilities include project and contract management, sub-contract management, support for estimating, and integrated HR and payroll tools, to name a few.

Chris Wiener, CEO, SAW Software Mill, shared: “The construction sector in the Middle East as well as elsewhere is seeing vast technological influences and changes. In studying the requirement of the sector, we found a dire need for a business management solution capable of integrating usual business practices with specific construction related procedures. The Sage X3 for Construction is our joint attempt at providing a holistic system for the sector.”

Similarly, Keith Fenner, vice president Enterprise Africa and Middle East at Sage, added: “This is an exciting new solution from Sage and SAW Software Mill. Sage X3 for Construction affords agility as well as scalability adapting easily to changing needs.

“The solution is designed with efficiency and effectiveness in mind. We believe it will be instrumental in managing costs, projects, and ensuring a smooth working environment.”

Additional features of Sage X3 include an integrated CRM and customer service management module with call centre support. The platform can also oversee planning, forecasting, banks and cash management, analytical accounting, and can be integrated with Microsoft office.
