Dubai Police has announced that it has implemented Apple's SIRI for its Dubai Police Smart App to provide users with a smarter service.

The General Department of Smart Services at Dubai Police revealed that its smart platform will use SIRI but will be compatible with iPhone devices only. The SIRI feature will allow users make suggestions and pay for traffic fines without logging into the app, but will need to register with the mPay service provided by Dubai Smart Government to use the feature.

Brigadier Khaled Nasser Alrazooqi, general director of Smart Services department highlighted that Dubai Police are the first government department to develop this service and will strengthen their direction in the field of smart services.

Samer Al-Khawajah, Dubai Police App project manager added: "Our team start directly and under the guidance of the Director and after releasing the new update of iOS,start studying the integrating process with the app and then start designing and developing this features following the most international standards on of programming and design and applying the best user experience."
