The latest investment was spearheaded by Dubai-based Delta Partners, and will focus on future expansion in Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific region.

Knowlarity, a cloud communications platform that is active in emerging markets across Asia, has revealed that it has raised $20m in its Series C funding round.

The latest investments were led by Dubai-based private equity firm Delta Partners, but also included small debt-based investments from Blacksoil and Trifecta Capital. To date the total funds raised by Knowlarity has reached $41m, marking it as one of the most capitalised cloud communication firms in Asia.

Ambarish Gupta, founder & CEO, Knowlarity, said, "The success of the latest funding round is a strong indication of the trust our investors have in our vision as well as in our strong focus on robust unit economics, which has seen us recently achieve EBITDA breakeven.

The funds raised by Delta Partners, a renowned name within the telecom tech field in MEA, is expected to be utilised by Knowlarity to expand its global footprint and acquire advanced technology products.
