Etisalat has announced partnering with McDonald's UAE to provide an end-to-end restaurant connectivity solution.

The partnership will see Etisalat offering its high availability network to connect McDonald's 130 restaurants in the UAE, and thus provide them with fast, reliable and secure access to their business information.

This project will enable McDonald's to focus on their core business, whilst cost saving in areas of IT and infrastructure. McDonald's will also benefit from the solution's growth capabilities, which will permit it to communicate and to scale as their business grows.

Furthermore, McDonald's restaurants will receive proactive 24x7 monitoring, complete management and dedicated Customer Network Operations Centre (CNOC) supported by industry certified professionals. With Managed IPConnect service, Etisalat provides an end-to-end managed service that allows customers to deploy Etisalat's solutions with no need for any upfront investment. This provides Etisalat's customers with flexibility and adaptability to grow in complexity of requirements and volume of connections.
