DVCOM touts call centre solutions

Specialist value-added distributor (VAD) DVCOM Technology, has unveiled together with its vendor partner XCALLY an innovative omnichannel solution for call centres at GITEX Technology Week 2016.

The solution provides a multi-channel user experience for voice, web chat, e-mail, sms, fax and social channels through standard APIs.

Renjan George, managing director, DVCOM Technology, said: "We are delighted to be launching this offering to channel partners and customer during GITEX 2016."

Diego Gosmar, managing director, XCALLY, adds that: "We are proud to announce the partnership with DVCOM Technology. DVCOM is also showcasing the newly released version of Queuemetrics and Wombat Dialer.

According to Renjan, QueueMetrics sets up modern standards in performance measurement, statistics and reporting for call centres based on the Asterisk PBX technology, while WombatDialer is a flexible, easy to use outbound dialing platform and a perfect complement to QueueMetrics."
