Tyco Security Products have announced the launch of the latest version of the American Dynamics' victor Video Management System and VideoEdge network video recorders (NVR).
The newest features in the 4.9 version update includes novel features aimed at improving system functionality and granting increased visibility to both security system operators and administrators.
The addition of the VideoEdge V4.9 license management for example, aids to speed up the installation of additional cameras to a system, thanks to a new centralised licensing option.
Furthermore, the victor Application Server License Manager gives administrators the ability to assign and reallocate licenses for cameras and analytics throughout the entire enterprise system.
Platforms that are equipped with the Software House C•CURE 9000 Security and Event Management system may also take advantage of Personnel Activity Monitoring, which is included in the latest version of the victor web.
The feature, which monitors system admits and rejects in real time, boasts an intuitive interface that allows users to easily vie wand edit personnel-related credentials and clearances.
