Dnata, a global air services provider and member of the Emirates Group, has announced that it has signed on Avaya Managed Services as a strategic technology partner.

As per the agreement, Avaya will aid dnata in developing its customer service digital transformation strategy with the deployment of Avaya Private Cloud Services (APCS).

The five-year project will see the development of a cloud-based contract centre, collaboration, networking and video conferencing platform.
