BigTec is a major highlight for the Exclusive team this year.

Launched earlier this year in the Middle East and presented for the first time at GITEX Technology Week, BigTec helps its partners harness the opportunities from new cloud architectures and virtualised data centre functions that are progressively more web-scale and software-defined.

The evolution to full virtualisation of complex IT functions is embodied by BigTec's enterprise transformation framework, guiding reseller partners and their customers from physical to hybrid and virtual data centre environments.

Tony Rowan, director, solution architect, Exclusive Networks says: "We have a disruptive model for building next-generation data centres to cater to the changing needs of the users in the mobile driven era."

He adds that Exclusive Networks is also showcasing its core portfolio of security solutions at GITEX. "The threat landscape is rapidly evolving and legacy vendors wouldn't suffice to cater to that. Hence, we choose the most disruptive vendors in that space." New vendors being showcased include Carbon Black, Certis Networks, and SentinelOne.

Nathan Clements, managing director, Exclusive Networks Middle East, says: "Business in the Middle East has been tough. However, in spite of that, our revenues have grown. That is clearly a testament to the fact that we have got the right combination of products, solutions and partners.

"Moreover, the market for cybersecurity or next-generation data centres isn't slowing down. So, with the right selection of products, business will continue to be good even in a tough market."
