Rittal, a manufacturer of IT racks and data centre solutions is showcasing its ‘new generation smart systems for IT Infrastructure and data centre with physical security’ at GITEX Technology Week 2016. Products taking centre stage this year include the scalable modular architecture (SMART) solutions for SMB, SME and large enterprise businesses including the Network Enclosure TE 8000, Datacentre-in-a-Box tailored products, the TS-IT frame and its variants with the In-Rack cooling solution, outdoor IT racks, different cooling solutions and Rittal DCIM software. Adding onto the larger platform this year is the showcase of the Rittal physical security solutions including the micro data centre and IT security room. A virtual display of the standardised datacentre solution from Rittal, ‘Rimatrix S’ is another highlight.

Rajesh Rajan, sales manager, Middle East, IT infrastructure at Rittal says: “For us, GITEX is a great opportunity to inform visitors that Rittal is a one-stop shop for their entire requirements of physical infrastructure and physical security for data centres.”

Rittal is enhancing its commitment to ‘customer growth’ by focusing on the needs of small and medium sized entities as well on their journey to meet the industry demands.  Rajan adds that even though business of late has been challenging, the SMB sector is really living up to the expectations. He further explains that Rittal has gone forward to select the necessary products from its comprehensive portfolio, bundle them and provide to the SME/SMB partners. The products are so chosen that the installation time is minimal and infrastructure requirements are basic. In the coming period, Rittal looks forward to expanding its portfolio to more verticals and more market segments.
